Welcome to Monserene. By accessing or using www.monserene.com (the “Website”), and by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Website and do not place any orders.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “We”, “us”, “our” means Monserene (and its affiliated entities)

  • “You”, “your”, “Customer” means the individual placing an order on the Website

  • “Products” means jewellery pieces, accessories or other items offered for sale on the Website

  • “Order” means your purchase request submitted through the Website

  • “Members” refers to participants of The Collective Club loyalty program

2. Applicability and Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and all Orders placed by you. By clicking “Place Order”, checking out or using our Website you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parent/guardian to make a purchase.

3. Order Process & Contract Formation

  • When you submit an Order, you offer to purchase the Products under these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order. No contract is formed until we send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change at our discretion and without notice.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment must be made at time of Order through the payment methods offered on the Website.

  • We use secure processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, PayNow/PayLah! for Singapore) to handle your payment data.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to selected countries as displayed on our Website. See our Shipping Policy for full list.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

  • A 30-day limited warranty applies from date of delivery for manufacturing defects. See our Warranty section for details.

  • Warranty does not cover loss, damage from wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing due to chemicals, or improper storage.

  • Repair costs for issues outside warranty will be borne by you and repairability is subject to our assessment.

7. Use of Website & Acceptable Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

  • You shall not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any portion or use of the Website without prior written permission.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, images, text and designs, are our property or used under license.

  • Use of our intellectual property requires our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Website or Products.

  • We provide the Website and Products “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website.

11. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on the Website with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the new Terms.
